| Mark your calendars for March 8 – 11, 2012 at the Incarnation Center in Ivoryton, CT. The Incarnation Center is a year-round retreat facility for all kinds of groups and they have hosted quilting groups for over four years. We will be located in The Lodge; a private and peaceful location. With a large central sewing room with a huge stone fireplace, two wings of mostly single rooms with shared bathrooms (all are recently remodeled!) and a Dining Room that serves superb, farm fresh and nutritional meals buffet style – we can eat, sleep and sew without ever leaving the building! The Incarnation Center is situated on 700 acres of pristine woodlands and offers miles of walking trails for those who would like a breath of fresh air. Cost structure is per person and includes accommodations, meals and use of the facility: • 3-Nights: $250 and includes 9 meals, Thursday Dinner through Sunday Lunch • 2-Nights: $195 and includes 6 meals, Friday Dinner through Sunday Lunch The response to the retreat at September’s Guild Meeting was overwhelming…in a wonderful way! We are limited to 30 attendees, so, if you signed up during last month’s meeting, please confirm your attendance on or before our October Guild Meeting. We are taking names on a waiting list. So, don’t wait and don’t assume you won’t get a spot…many ladies signed up who may not be able to attend! It will be a wonderful weekend filled with fellowship and laughter…and a few fun surprises!
