On Saturday, August 29 Sue Trimble and Anne Baldis, representing the Farmington
Valley Quilt Guild, presented quilts to the three incoming ABC students at the ABC
house in Simsbury. There are two freshmen and one sophomore joining the ABC
group this year. Both the students and their families were very appreciative of all
the work involved in making the quilts and in the beauty of the quilts. This is
traditionally one of the highlights of their first weekend in Simsbury. Please accept a
big heartfelt thank you from everyone involved in the ABC program for all your
efforts in helping to produce these quilts
